Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SEAKNOW. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
Welcome to SEAKNOW (“Website”, “Service”), operated by Safe Scan, a company registered in Poland, EU, with EU VAT ID PL7772992672 and its registered address at ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 55/1, 60-521 Poznań, Poland (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. The Service
SEAKNOW provides an AI-powered research tool that generates custom research reports based on user prompts. The Service does not require account creation. Reports are generated after approval of the selected plan and successful payment, and are delivered in PDF and HTML formats.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Report prices are displayed on the Website before purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
4. Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal
This section applies only to users purchasing the Service as consumers (B2C) residing in the European Union. Because our Service consists of digital content supplied immediately upon purchase, by clicking the purchase or generate button and initiating report creation, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation of the digital content has begun.
5. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights
You retain all rights to the queries and prompts you submit to the Service. Upon full payment, the Operator transfers to you full commercial rights to use, modify, distribute, and monetize the generated reports. You acknowledge that reports are generated using artificial intelligence. Output may not be unique across different users, and intellectual property laws regarding AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that the content can be copyrighted by you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service and reports are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Although we strive to provide high-quality research, AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or hallucinated information. You are solely responsible for verifying report accuracy before using a report for any business, legal, financial, or personal decision. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or generated content.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. If you are an EU consumer, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
